Kelly was so kind as to send Palmer this beautiful skirt! We both just love it! Palmer loves to twirl around and make the skirt dance, then says "Pretty Palmer!" Sweetest thing ever! The skirt is made form the softest, most beautiful cream white cotton with gold glitter hearts that don't shed the sparkles! A DREAM!
This skirt is super versatile too. We matched it with this cream 3/4 sleeve t-shirt, jean jacket, knitted infinity scarf and tights. I think it would be great dressed up or down.
